The Opportunity

As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations, staffing, and resident outcomes of our high-quality aged care wing. You will be the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate service.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to mentor staff, manage rosters, and drive clinical standards.

• Clinical Expertise: A deep understanding of aged care standards, ACFI/AN-ACC requirements, and person-centered care.

• Registration: Current, unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you’ll be the primary point of contact for families and external providers.

• Resilience: A "can-do" attitude and the confidence to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements
